Iniobong Edo Ekim, popularly known as Ini Edo, was born on April 23, 1982, in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. She grew up in a Christian home, the second of four children. Her mother was a teacher, and her father served as a church elder, giving her a disciplined upbringing built on values.
